Welcome to alignmentcoach.online. By accessing this website or engaging with the services provided by Alignment Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Alignment Coaching provides money mindset and personal development coaching through 1:1 sessions, self-paced courses, and downloadable resources. All content is intended for educational and personal growth purposes only.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, legal or financial advice. By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Alignment Coaching does not guarantee specific results.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full prior to gaining access to any coaching course or digital product, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, no refunds will be issued once access to materials or sessions has been provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, written material, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of Alignment Coaching. It may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or resold without prior written permission.

5. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to participate respectfully and responsibly. Alignment Coaching reserves the right to terminate access to services, without refund, in cases of inappropriate behaviour, abuse, or breach of these terms.

6. Responsibility and Results Disclaimer

All services and content provided by Alignment Coaching are designed to support personal and financial development, but individual results will vary.
You are solely responsible for your progress, decisions, and financial choices. Alignment Coaching is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes arising from the use of our services, tools, or materials.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. Continued use of this website or participation in services implies acceptance of the most recent version.

8. Cancellation Policy (Aligned Abundance 1:1 Coaching)

For scheduled sessions within the Aligned Abundance 1:1 coaching course, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session may be rescheduled at no cost.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of that session, which will count as one of the nine coaching calls included in your course.
